Commercial Accountant
(Location : Kl / Pj / Tpm Cyberjaya )

Responsibilities:

•	Budgeting, forecasting and reporting for projects.
•	Review and monitor project revenue recognition and project operational cost control.
•	Review the Planned P&L for its costing and recommend any amendment , if required, the relevance of the gross margin
•	Maintain project billings and receivables for information.
•	Review costing of the project and ensure the profitability of the project.
•	Monitor inter-company billings for revenue recognition
•	Recommend and implement appropriate internal controls for project purchases.
•	Prepare financial reports and analysis for projects as required by management.
•	Supporting sales, pre-sales and services delivery team for project financing arrangement and recommendation.
•	Assist to review quotations to partners and customers.
•	Ensure sufficient control measures are in place to minimize project revenue/cost risk.

Requirements:

•	Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
•	Minimum 6 years experience preferably in a commercial or MNC company, preferably in an IT project-based organization.
•	Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of SAP R/3 and various spreadsheet and presentation programs.
•	Good working knowledge and strong financial disciples and business acumens.
•	Strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate administrative, planning and organizational capabilities.
•	Possess high level of communication, presentation, critical thinking, analytical and strategic planning skills.
•	Experience in project life cycle and project management practice/methodology.
•	Preferably with hands-on experience in financial planning/analysis.
•	Independent and exposed to working within challenging project deadlines.
•	Ability to work under pressure.
•	Able to interact well with all levels of employees.
