Receives and records client inquiries
and processes paperwork/systems relevant to client queries

Liaises internally to enable client

Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP professional
(Operating System, User Administration & Remote Desktop),
MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•
Experience in supporting Lotus Notes

Requirements:
•
Candidate must possess at least a Professional
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•
Candidate must have minimum 1 year previous experience from
working in an IT Helpdesk
•
Applicants must be willing to work at KL Sentral, Kuala
Lumpur and on shift.
•
Candidates should have knowledge in Lotus Notes/Windows/MS
Office.
•
Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer
- Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
