Information Analyst

Position Description

ITO Information Management specialises in metrics and reporting covering Asia Pacific, US and Canada for both internal and external clients. We are expanding as a result of work transitions from US and Canada.

The position requires the candidate to possess strong analytical skills combined with data warehousing, data mining, structured query and report design & development fortes as a must. The candidate will be responsible for design, development , maintenance and support of specific tools and report outputs for the wide scope of performance, operations and business metrics reports.

Aside from this you will be required to validate and maintain report repositories used by ITO IM. Suitable candidates with optional skills in Project Mgmt and software performance enhancement skills will be considered as well.

Position Requirements

•	At least 2 years of Microsoft Reporting development experience
•	At least 2 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience
•	At least 2 years of Stored Procedure development skill - preferably on Oracle database.
•	At least 2 years of VB.NET experience.
•	Preferably with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Reporting Services administration
•	Preferably with knowledge and experience in Oracle DB administration
•	Minimum 3-4 year work experience.
•	Willing to work long hours and be on standby.
•	Willing to perform production support work.
•	With great sense of responsibility and urgency
•	Proactive and with analytical thinking
•	Good oral and written communication skills.
•	Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
