Java / J2EE Developer

Responsibilities:

•	Develop reliable software products to handle real-time financial data for use both domestically and abroad
•	Must be able to independently design, code and test individual features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
•	Adaptable to a changing environment, have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
•	Must approach issues and projects with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, innovation and quality.
•	A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Able to work independently

Requirements:

•	Bachelor's Degree or higher.
•	The ideal candidate should have strong Managed C++,C # and .Net skills. MFC experience also useful. Competency in DLL, COM and DCOM.
•	Good understanding of different software & programming frameworks, such as MFC,COM/DCOM architecture, .Net managed & unmanaged coding, .Net Platform Invoke architecture, .Net COM Interop architecture, J2SE/J2EE/J2ME architecture, or other middleware products.
•	Strong understanding with extensive programming experience on more enterprise software concepts such as multithreading in .Net/C++/Java, concurrency management, dynamic & run-time binding, containers, etc.
•	Must possess an ability & tendency to write proper code that is maintainable & extensible, usaually with proper object-oriented software modeling.
•	An ability to quickly read & grasp code written by other people.
•	Experience in multithreaded server/client programming in C/Java/C++/C# is an added advantage.
•	Experience in enterprise GUI programming (.Net, javax.swing,jave.awt,ec) is an added advantage.
•	Experience in ASP.NET 1.1/2.0 is an added advantage. Knowledge of FIX protocol programming is an added advantage.
•	Strong object oriented programming skills
•	Required language(s): English.
