Lead Information Risk Manager
(Location : Kl / Pj / Tpm Cyberjaya )
The Lead Information Risk Manager is responsible for the management
and oversight of the Security Line of Service to a commercial account
or accounts within in a defined region. Detailed responsibilities
include:
•
The LIRM is the single point of authority
and accountability for security service delivery and compliance
with (client) security policies.
•
The LIRM defines and supervises all
activities and delivered by the security line of service
for the account, and coordinates all security–related
activities performed by other lines of service.
•
The LIRM reports to the director of
GSS and is helps to make sure the compliance with client
security policies and interfaces directly to the identified
security manager when delivering internal auditing and compliance
measurement results acquired through security assessments
and security compliance monitoring.
•
Working with the client security managers,
The LIRM helps the security services to clients needs as
much as possible, and documents the security plan for the
client in the Account Operations Manual (AOM).
•
Is the Account and SDM escalation point
for security issues concerning the clients infrastructure.
Other Key Responsibilities for the Lead Information Risk Manager
(LIRM) include:
•
Service Level Agreements are met (where
applicable);
•
Security incidents are resolved in
a timely manner;
•
Audits are successful;
•
GSS activities are coordinated with
other Lines of Service;
•
Security processes and procedures are
leveraged throughout the region where appropriate to achieve
consistent delivery.
•
Work products meet quality standards
and infuse lessons learned/best practice approaches where
possible.
•
Provide security solutions to clients
•
Provide pre-sales Co-Ordination with
New Business for new work on projects for accounts.
•
Conduct Security Investigations/Operations
•
GISS Tower champion for assigned account
•
Tasks, as directed by Director GISS-A
Environment
•
Outsourcing client and account environment.
•
Security Related Projects in the Malaysian Region and others
as required
•
Supports client security concerns in Asia
•
Reports directly to the Director of GSS
Skills
•
Minimum 10 years professional experience
in security discipline, 6 or more of which should be in
direct Information security realm as a senior security practitioner.
•
Minimum 6 years experience performing
security related duties (at a senior practitioner level).
•
Demonstrated expertise in the areas
of Information Security such as policy development, security
assessment, network security principles, security architecture,
development of technical security guidelines and implementation
for IT systems and applications, etc.
•
Ability to work independently and manage
multiple projects and task demands effectively.
•
Good customer presentation and communications
skills.
•
The ability to grow accounts
•
Good Analytical Skills
•
Solid writing and communications skills
and good interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to work within challenging
business environments
Desirable
•
Demonstrated success managing large scale, complex infrastructure
services.
•
Good understanding of security vulnerabilities and security
remediation metrics.
