Implement hiring activities for various positions levels including introducing tools and new processes to increase recruitment efficiency and quality. |

Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers. |
• |
Advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection. |
• |
Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised. |
• |
Designing or revising application forms, including developing processes. |
• |
Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of recruitment, for example, brochures and further particulars. |
• |
Liaising with recruitment providers, screening application forms and short listing applicants. |
• |
Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities. |
• |
Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes. |
• |
Running selection centres (if needed) for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies; |
• |
Assisting in developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization. |
• |
Assisting in the implementation of redundancy programmes, which may include the development of early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes. |
• |
Manage information including database of applications, hires, tracking costs and records related to recruitment activities and preparing reports and analyses for Management. |
• |
Prepares and analyzes statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with organization goals and policies. |
• |
Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff. |
• |
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource/Business Administration/Social Science |
• |
Good understanding of the Employment law conditions in Malaysia |
• |
Familiar with market and standard practices related to recruitment channels and agencies to meet company’s recruitment needs and targets. |
• |
Capable to understand job requirements, competencies and capabilities required by the business and possess the ability to assess and match the correct candidates to the correct role/job for business requirements. |
• |
Must have proven track record and ability in sourcing for high potential candidates through existing networks and contacts within the required turn around time. |
• |
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working in a similar capacity, as an internal recruitment manager/specialist or Recruitment Agency specialist. |
• |
Knowledge in recruiting for the IT Industry will be an added advantage |
