Support Engineer
(Location : Technology Park Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

•	Support system operations for software application deployed on remote locations.
•	Troubleshoot and resolving incidents and problems both directly from customers and through technical escalation.
•	Handle customer enquiries.
•	Must be willing to perform shifts according to specific time zone.
•	Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective delivery of technical online support and service programs through voice and email to our international customers.
•	Perform system and integration testing.
•	Support user acceptance testing and implementation.
•	Assist in the implementation of projects in Asia Pacific, Middle East and African countries.

Requirements:

•	Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•	Must be pro-active and responsive to customer problems.
•	Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem resolution.
•	Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
•	Required language(s): English (verbal and written).
•	Preferred language(s): Chinese (verbal and written).
•	Applicants with technical support experience will be an added advantage.
•	Applicants must be willing to work in Technology Park Malaysia.
•	Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
