Technical Instructor

Description

•	Conduct quality technical training programs in support of the company's products, applications, and systems to train and provide continual learning for customers.
•	Work with corporate clients, partners and internal departments to package best practices into training programs .
•	Presents or facilitates training programs in a manner that maximizes the transfer and retention of knowledge, skills, and/or behaviors.
•	Coaches and mentors training participants. Acts as a subject matter expert to evaluate course content and structure.
•	Provides feedback and recommendations to learning and development managers, learning architects, and instructional designers.

Qualifications

•	Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree or professional qualification in IT/Computer/Software Engineering discipline.
•	Preferred technical background with at least 1 of the core technology listed: AIX/HPUX/Solaris/Linux/Ms Window OS, database such as Oracle/DB2/Infomix,Programming languages such as Java, Perl, Shell scripting, Storage Solution, Network, Security, Virtualisation and Vmware.
•	Min. 2 years working experience.
•	Must be fluent in English and have good public speaking skills
•	Candidate with Vendor/ Trainer certification will be an added advantages
•	Teaching experience will be an added advantages
