Functional Analyst
(Location : Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur )

Responsibilities:

•	Study solution and translate into test plan and test scripts.
•	Assist in conducting user acceptance testing.
•	Assist in development of documentation required to support proposed solutions and for training.
•	Assist in user training for the proposed solutions.
•	Provide accurate and timely update on work status to team leader.

Requirements:

•	Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business
•	Administration/Management Information System/Information Technology or equivalent.
•	Able to work in a team environment.
•	Able to document in a clear and concise manner.
•	Good analytical and problem solving skills.
•	Capable of working under own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
•	Experience in system analysis, design and software development in Java or C#.net is an added advantage.
•	Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement is an advantage.
•	Working knowledge in Enterprise Business Solution (e.g. CRM, ERP) is an advantage.
•	Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•	Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•	Required language(s): English (verbal & written).
•	Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written), Chinese (verbal & written).
•	Skilled in using Microsoft Office Application especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Access.
•	Business writing skill is preferred.
