Experience in the following disciplines.

5 years experience in supporting enterprise-class Unix infrastructure. |
| • |
Comprehensive knowledge with commercial variants or Unix, preferably Sun Solaris versions 7, 8, and 9, and/or HP-UX 11.0, IBM AIX 4.3, 5.2 |
| • |
Proficiency in UNIX shell variants and Perl. |
| • |
Configuration of Storage Area Networks and related Storage Devices (EMC Celerra /Sun StorEdge/HP XP ) |
| • |
Excellent understanding of LAN/WAN Networks |
| • |
Configuration of provisioning tools such as N1,Ignite/Jumpstart |
| • |
Comprehensive understanding of Unix Security Issues. |
| • |
Sound problem determination and resolution. |
| • |
Problem and Change Mgmt Process understanding. |
| • |
Delivery of quality products and solutions to agreed deadlines |
| • |
Configuration of Volume Management Software SLVM, Veritas Foundation Suite |
| • |
Configuration of Bind DNS/Sendmail/Samba. |
| • |
Certifications in Solaris/HP System Administration and/or Sun Cluster/ MC Service guard desirable. |
